AJ's future in doubt

Fulham striker Andrew Johnson could leave the club in the summer with talks over a new deal continuing to stall.

The 30-year-old's contract expires in June and it is believed he is keen to stay on at Craven Cottage.

However, the Daily Mail is reporting that Johnson has been offered a two-year-deal on less than his current 33,000 a week contract, with the striker holding out for a three-year deal.

The former Everton man had already taken a pay-cut when renegotiating terms last year and is reluctant to do so again, with a summer move away from west London becoming increasingly likely.

QPR were linked with a January move for Johnson before eventually sealing a £6million deal for his strike partner Bobby Zamora.

Fulham had also agreed swap deals with Wigan and West Brom in the transfer window, but Johnson rejected both moves.
