Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas expects speculation over his future to mount following the 3-1 defeat at Napoli.
Chelsea's Champions League hopes are now hanging by a thread after Napoli came from a goal behind to pick up the win and leave the Blues with an uphill battle going into the second leg at Stamford Bridge.
Villas-Boas is clinging to the away goal that Juan Mata bagged as hope, but the way Chelsea have been defending it will be difficult to stop the Italians from getting a goal themselves.
The Chelsea boss needed a positive result to ease the pressure but now there are growing calls for him to be axed.
"Speculation will continue as the results don't happen," he summed up after the game.
The Portuguese also admitted that Chelsea continue to shoot themselves in the foot as mistakes at the back cost them once again, in particular with Napoli's third goal.
"We have to solve these mistakes at the back," he added. "We need this concentration right and this efficiency right, for sure. At the moment, without John, a very important player for the team, we have suffered a lot of goals recently."
With Terry expected to be out of action for another six weeks there is a very real chance he could have played his last game under the leadership of Villas-Boas as the pressure mounts.
