Jon Walters believes Stoke have got what it takes to cause an upset in the Europa League by knocking Valencia out at the Mestalla.
Stoke trail 1-0 from the first leg and have it all to do if they are to book their place in the last 16 of the competition but Walters says they are capable of doing so.
Stoke go into the game on the back of the FA Cup win over Crawley to set up a quarter final clash at Liverpool and Walters says they can take heart from the win.
Walters says it was the FA Cup that got them going last season and hopes for a repeat this time around.
"It was the quarter-final victory over West Ham that turned things around for us last season when we had been through a difficult spell and look what happened then," he told the club's website.
"Hopefully this win will have the same effect on our season now by getting us going in the League again and maybe even causing a shock in Valencia.
"We know it's a tall order and the odds are stacked against us but we're not out of it yet by any means so we'll go over there and give it our best shot."
